Last updated: 28 October 2026. This policy describes the storage used on arom.es.
What cookies are
Cookies are small files that your browser stores when you visit a website. Session storage saves preferences while the tab remains open. These technologies may be used for technical operation, preferences or, when enabled, measurement and advertising.
What this website uses
We currently use first-party technical storage. Google Analytics, DoubleClick and other analytics or advertising services are not enabled. The contact form uses SureForms, without an external CAPTCHA or automatic visitor geolocation.
| Name and type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| arom_cookie_consent · first-party cookie | Remembers the choice made in the cookie notice. Created when you click Accept or Necessary only. | 180 days |
| arom-motion · session storage | Remembers whether you have enabled or paused the homepage animations and waves. | Browser tab session |
| wpEmojiSettingsSupports · WordPress session storage | Check the browser’s support for emoji. | Browser tab session |
| WordPress login and preference cookies | Authentication, security and dashboard settings for users accessing administration. These are not required to view the public catalogue. | Depends on the administrator’s session and login preferences |
How to choose and change your preferences
On your first visit, a notice appears with the options Accept, Necessary only and Settings. Both choices currently retain only technical storage because no optional categories are enabled. We do not use your choice to install tracking services.
You can view your preferences and change your choice at any time using the button Cookies, at the bottom of the screen. Your choice is remembered for 180 days. If you delete your browser cookies, the notice will appear again.
Technical cookies necessary to provide requested services are exempt from consent. If optional services are introduced in the future, information and the relevant preferences must be obtained before they are activated.
Manage storage in your browser
You can view, block or delete cookies and site data through your browser’s privacy settings. Blocking technical storage may prevent preferences from being remembered or affect administration access. The catalogue can be viewed without accepting optional services.
